Mr. Barden is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. Army Court of Military Review, and the U.S. District Court (Western District of New York). Mr. Barden holds a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining Precision Resolution, in his 20-plus years as a trial attorney, Mr. Barden represented clients in civil litigation and administrative matters with an emphasis on personal injury, healthcare professional licensing, and tax certiorari.
